Privacy Policy
How On The Way Agency collects, uses, protects, and shares information in the Workforce Hub and team-member messaging program.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the On The Way Agency Workforce Hub, team-member profiles, staffing operations, uploaded documents, scheduling, timekeeping, portal messages, and SMS communications.
2. Information we collect
We may collect identification and contact details; profile photos and biographical information; availability and work preferences; shift assignments, responses, hours, and timesheets; resumes, W-9 forms, certifications, and other uploaded documents; direct-deposit information; portal and SMS communications; and security or technical information needed to operate the Hub.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and administer team-member accounts, match and assign staffing opportunities, communicate about shifts, confirm schedules, track time, support payroll and tax administration, maintain safety and certification records, provide support, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose limited information to service providers that help us deliver and support messages, such as telecommunications providers, solely to provide those services. All other information-sharing categories described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
5. Other limited sharing
We may share information with service providers that operate the Hub, store files, process approved payments, or support agency operations; with clients only when reasonably necessary to staff and administer an assignment; when required by law or to protect safety and rights; or as part of a business reorganization. We require service providers to use information only for the services they provide to us.
6. Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and access controls designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for staffing, payroll, tax, safety, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.
7. Your choices
Team members may update profile and availability information through the Hub. SMS participation is optional. Reply STOP to stop texts or START to re-enroll. Choosing not to receive SMS does not prevent a team member from using the Hub or being considered for work.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy and will post the effective date here. For privacy questions, contact an On The Way Agency administrator through the Workforce Hub. For SMS assistance, reply HELP to an agency text.
